The One Who is beyond all weakness. His strength is supreme. unlimited and inexhaustible. Before Him the strength of anything or any one is insignificant and so does the greatness of any one held as great. The One with the complete Power.
Allah, Exalted be He, says, “…He is the All-Strong, the All-Mighty.” (Surat Ash-Sooraa, 42:19).
He is the One All-Powerful, to whom perfect power belongs. His commands are carried out, He is never overpowered, His decree cannot be averted and whatever He decrees certainly takes place. He gives assistance and support to the believers and severely punishes those who disbelieve His signs and arrogantly turn away from declaring His Oneness.

The One whose strength is supreme. The One who possesses unlimited strength and endurance.

The One whose vigor and strength prevail over all of creation.

The One who is beyond all weakness. The One whose strength is inexhaustible.

From the root q-w-y which has the following classical Arabic connotations:

to be strong, vigorous, potent
to be robust, hardy, sturdy
to have sufficient strength or power
to prevail over
